NORTH POINT Our premier North Point facility was designed with it's kitchen and luxury in mind. Our test kitchen, equipped with 142 cubic feet of walk-in refrigeration, 36' of stainless prep, commercial and residential ovens, 16 microwaves, and fryers and prep tables, is the largest and most conveniently located in the city. 	MIDTOWN Our Midtown facility in the heart of Atlanta is made up of three, trendy, sophisticated studios that boast the latest in technology, including our proprietary Instant Update system. Intimate and warm, this sophisticated space is just 12 miles from the Atlanta airport and surrounded by 4- and 5-star restaurants, hotels and the arts.
SENSORY LAB Jackson Associates’ test kitchen, equipped with 142 cubic feet of walk-in refrigeration, 36’ of stainless prep, commercial and residential ovens, 16 microwaves, and fryers and prep tables, is the largest and most conveniently located in the city. A viewable, computerized CLT lab that seats up to 32, and private check in area for participants makes our Perimeter facility ideal for sensory and taste test studies. Our residential kitchen and secondary lab allow studies that require less preparation to be completed with ease, within tight budgets and timetables.
